PetFriendlyPad started from a simple frustration: searching for a long-term rental with a pet and finding "pets OK" listings that turn out to have weight limits, breed bans or surprise pet rent.

We're building a national site for long-term, pet-friendly rentals only — no hotels, no vacation rentals — where every listing shows the full pet policy up front. We're brand new and launching first in Austin, Denver, Tampa, Phoenix, Dallas–Fort Worth, Atlanta, Nashville, Charlotte, Raleigh, Orlando, Seattle, Portland, San Diego, New York City (Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, The Bronx and Staten Island) and Long Island.

As PetFriendlyPad grows, we plan to donate to a local animal shelter for each rental placed through our site. Those donations can support shelter pet food pantries and keep-pets-at-home programs, as well as adoptions, because helping a family keep their pet is just as important as finding a pet a new home. We don't scrape listings or invent reviews. Every listing will come directly from the landlord or property manager.
